1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of software, services, websites and related products provided by Anton Nel, including Mirror Trading Manager and Armpira.

2. Products and Services

Mirror Trading Manager is software designed to assist users with trade management, trade copying, trading integrations, monitoring and related functionality.

Armpira is the associated platform and service infrastructure used for account management, licensing, reporting, monitoring, APIs and other services.

3. No Investment Advice

Mirror Trading Manager and Armpira are software and technology products. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, trading advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

4. Trading Risk

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange, CFDs, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products, involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of capital. The user is solely responsible for their trading decisions, strategies, accounts, brokers, exchanges and risk management.

5. Third-Party Services

Mirror Trading Manager may interact with third-party platforms, brokers, exchanges, APIs, trading terminals and other services. Anton Nel and Armpira are not responsible for outages, limitations, API changes, latency, connectivity problems, rejected orders, execution differences or other problems caused by third-party services.

6. Software Availability

No guarantee is made that the software, APIs, websites or associated services will be continuously available or free from interruption. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, network problems, third-party outages and other circumstances may affect availability.

7. Licensing

Software is licensed, not sold, unless expressly stated otherwise. A licence may be subject to product, edition, duration, machine, account or user restrictions. Licence sharing or unauthorised redistribution is prohibited.

8. Support

Support is provided according to the applicable product, licence and support arrangement. A single licence may not be used to provide unrestricted support to multiple unrelated organisations or users.

9. Trade Copying and Diagnostic Reports

When investigating trade-copying issues, users may be requested to provide relevant logs, ticket numbers and screenshots. Diagnostic reports are limited to the information reasonably required to investigate the reported issue. Additional analysis beyond the included support scope may be chargeable.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, redistribute, resell or otherwise attempt to circumvent technical or licensing protections except where such activity cannot lawfully be restricted.

11. Payments and Subscriptions

Purchases, subscriptions and renewals are subject to the applicable commercial terms displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription cancellations should be requested before the next billing period. Failed recurring payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription.

12. Backups

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of configuration, trading and other important data. Users should not rely on the software as their sole backup mechanism.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anton Nel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of Mirror Trading Manager, Armpira or related services, including losses caused by trading decisions, market movements, broker or exchange failures, connectivity problems or third-party services.

14. Privacy and GDPR

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the products, services, legal requirements or business operations. The latest version will be published on this website.
